Photo Restoration

This is a photo that was taken of a very old portrait of my great, great grandfather, Benjamin Noyes. The original photo actually contained some of the frame and the room background. During scanning, I eliminated some of this area. I then spent some time lightening and brightening, as well as deeping the contrast. In addition, there were numerous scratches and a glare from the glass in the frame to be replaced.
