Columbia Falls resident William Fish and Mayor Colleen Allison exchanged opinions in the form of letters to the editor. Fish was waiting "until democracy gets a better foothold" while Allison was admonishing Fish to "get your facts straight by attending a council meeting; better yet all of them, like Linc France (Dirty Harry himself)."
